More fishing.
Less figuring things out.
Help with your journal, family accounts, photos and membership.

Tell us what happened, your device and the app version. Please leave out passwords, payment details and children’s personal information.
Email supportMembership & billing
For an Apple subscription, use your Apple account to cancel future renewals. Deleting Fish’n Tell or your app account does not cancel it.
Manage Apple subscriptions ↗Use Restore purchases in the app while signed into the same Fish’n Tell account that made the purchase.
Accounts & family
Use the sign-in screen to reset your password. Parents manage their children’s usernames and passwords from Family accounts.
Child registration currently runs as a limited U.S. developer-team test. It is not open for public registration in other countries.
Photos & fish identification
Choose a clear photo showing the whole fish. Identification is a suggestion and can be wrong. You can choose the species yourself.
Keep your original photos. Contact us if a saved photo is missing, and avoid repeatedly deleting or replacing it while we investigate.
Delete an account
In updated beta builds, open My account → Delete account. Parents can delete a child from Family accounts. Deleting a parent also deletes the child accounts they manage, after a confirmation that lists those children.
Export anything you want to keep first. Owned circles and competitions, including their shared content, are also removed. Cancel your Apple subscription separately if you want to stop renewal.
If your version does not yet show this option, contact us to request deletion. We will verify account ownership without asking for your password.
